2008-2009 GLOBAL UNDERWRITING MANAGEMENT SURVEY
As announced in the July HOT NOTES, our company is conducting a global survey on life underwriting department management. It will encompass a wide range of topics including staffing, hiring and training, audits/performance assessment, technology, teleunderwriting, education, etc.
All direct-writing life insurers in the world are invited to participate. There is no cost to your company. The survey will be cosponsored by reinsurers, service firms and our company.

In order for you to see how the final survey reports will look, we have posted a few pages from the 2008 Preferred Risk Survey, which was undertaken solely in North America. The format will be the same for the global management survey reports. Please click on this link to see that sample.
Please read the following before completing registration below.
If you are with a U.S. or Canadian company based in North America, do not register. Your company will automatically be included, based on AHOU and CIU membership lists.
All other companies must register to participate.
• Only one person per company should register. Ideally, this would be the chief underwriter. Your registration will be confirmed, assuring that your company will be included in this historic undertaking.
• You will receive a link to the on-line survey in September. The survey can be completed at any time from the date you receive the link until 15 January, 2009. Then, it will close and we will begin tabulating the results and preparing a formal report.
